System Maintenance Package - This includes two visits throughout the year, one before winter, and one before summer. We will also include 3 months of air filters for every 2nd visit. During these visits, We keep your system operational and address any compromised or under performing components through: Inspections, cleaning, repairs, replacements, and test runs. Pricing is based on number of systems, distance from our operational zone, and the number of properties we service for you. We offer quantitative pricing to loyal and multi property investors. 

Diagnostics & Repairs - Parker and Company’s technicians have years of experience repairing all makes, models and types of HVAC components.We utilize the most innovative technologies, along with are tenured experience to diagnose your units’s problem. We do charge a trip fee of $95, that is credited to you on your invoice once the item is repaired or replaced, this fee is waived for clients that have us service multiple properties. Our team will carefully and comprehensively diagnose your system and do our best to present you with multiple repair or replacement options that fit all your needs and budget. 

 System Installation or Replacement - We offer professional installation on all heating and cooling components of your home. Our certified technicians will make recommendations based on the size of your home, ductwork and the number of rooms that need to be cooled. In addition to this experience and knowledge we offer 24/7 service which is crucial during the summer and winter months. And we also understand that a system replacement can be a scary and pricey purchase, so we partner with a financing company to help our customers afford that much needed repair or replacement. 

New Home Inspections - Have you ever gone under contract for a home with an aged HVAC? Did your Real Estate agent recommend a HVAC inspection? Probably not! This inspection is crucial to identify issues with this major component during your inspection period when buying a home. The home inspector will just ensure the system is operating, but won’t do a deep dive into your HVAC component. For $125 per unit, we will do a full inspection, and draft a report with suggested repairs for you to use during your repair negotiations with the seller. We will also provide 3 months of air filters upon moving in. 

Dryer Vent Cleaning - The leading cause of clothing dryer fires is the failure to clean them (National Fire Protection Association, 2018).This is why it is essential to have your dryer exhaust vent inspected and cleaned by a professional once a year, at minimum. More frequent cleanings may be required depending on your dryer type and habits. Dryer vent cleaning may potentially reduce energy costs as well. At Parker and Company we possess the tools and skills needed to clean the exhaust thoroughly. We charge $125 for stand alone service, and if it's added on to your yearly maintenance contract we will charge $85. 

Real Estate Investor Services - Parker and Company has a history of working in the Property Management world. We know that Property Management companies can be difficult to trust with maintaining the quality of your investment. At Parker and Company we offer a unique service to our local Real Estate investors to maintain the health of your investment during the tenants tenancy. For the price of $650/yr per property, we will do two maintenance services, one during winter and one before summer. We will also do a dryer vent clean, and every three months we will do a site inspection to inform you of the state of your investment, as well as buy and change all your air filters. During this inspection, we will look for any damages, or potential concerns you may have with the state of your home. We will send you a detailed report informing you of your investments current condition.
